Shipping
UK delivery – FREE on all orders
We offer deliveries with: inPost GB, Evri, Royal Mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We ship your order 1-2 business days after receiving payment (excluding bank and public holidays).
Customers based outside the UK can still make orders, but we can’t offer free postage.
Returns
We create products we love and we hope you love them as much as we do, but if you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards.
*Items that are personalised or made to order.
* Item with obvious signs of use.
* Item not in its original condition or damaged.
* An item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Start your return:
Please pack the item in the same packaging as you received it.
Open the return portal: https://misseloise.shipping-portal.com/rp/ (also available via tracking emails) to issue a return – you will be asked to provide your postal code and the order number or tracking number. Once the order is retrieved, the return process can be started. You can find the order number and the tracking number in the tracking emails sent after the label is created.

Simply print your label and affix to packaging.
Take the parcel to closest drop off point or the post office.
You are not responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
For customers based outside the UK, you are responsible for the cost of returning items – please send a request to customer service and we will let you know the price and how fast products can reach you.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to the email address you have provided, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
After approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
We do not exchange or accept returns on final sale and last chance items, personalised items and gift cards.
The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
